Your purchase is prepared especially for you at the time of your order. Many items may be ready to ship at the time of order but certain products, such as handmade soap, need sufficient time (2-3 weeks) to cure before they can be packaged and shipped. Back orders or substitutions for out-of-stock items are offered on all items.
All items will be held and shipped together when ready unless the weight/size of your order makes it necessary for it to be separated into multiple boxes. In this case, items that can be shipped out sooner will be sent ahead of other items that may take longer.
The actual shipping charges are calculated FOB Wakeman, OH. You will be charged for the actual shipping cost and a small handling fee of $2.00 per order. Local pick up is not yet available.
NatureBath will, at its own discretion, notify you of a more economical shipping method when it exists. You will be given the opportunity to choose to have your order shipped with the courier you designated or shipped with the courier we suggest with the difference refunded to you.
It is your responsibility to inspect and verify the accuracy and condition of your order upon receipt. All claims of shortages or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery or you will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the shipment as a whole. A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be assigned to you before making a return. Shipments reported lost or damaged will be replaced after verifying same with carrier. Only those specific items which are damaged or lost will be replaced. Any shipment returned without being issued a RMA number from NatureBath will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.
