Do you have a minimum order policy?

No. All sizes of orders are welcome with no minimums.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard through our secure server.
PayPal is welcome and gives additional payment choices such as American Express and eCheck.

How quickly will my order be processed and/or shipped?

Once your payment is completed, orders are processed and shipped via the courier of your choice. Although we process and ship many orders the same day, during peak times it may take an extra day and orders received after noon on Friday will typically ship Monday. If you have special shipping requirements or requests, please contact us so that we may accomodate you!

I'm trying to order an item but it says there's not enough in stock so the quantity has been adjusted to reflect the stock on hand. I need a lot of these, do you have any more available?

If we do not have an "out of stock" message posted on the item page itself, please contact us. Chances are we DO have them in stock but haven't yet updated the inventory control in our shopping cart. Since our inventory is split between the quantities available for a certain item, you may still be able to order, 5- 1 lb. quantities of an item even if the 5 lb. quantity is out of stock.

We have new items arriving weekly, so please email your request. Chances are we have it on order or have it in stock and will be added to the site.

All wholesale quantities have been added to our regular item pages for your convenience. Now everyone has the same access to great pricing on bulk quantities!

Do you charge actual shipping costs?

Yes. Actual shipping charges are calculated based on your order's total weight including packing materials. Real-time shipping rates are calculated in our shopping cart for USPS.
